Loss and Damage Fund
Last year was a historic moment in agreeing for the Loss and Damage Fund to be established, now its time to operationalize the fund, and most importantly fill it!
Countries must recognise their historical responsibility to pay up for the losses and damages caused through emissions.

BigShift Action
Like previous COPs we will make clear that:
Funding fossils is not Paris aligned, and this includes fossil gas. Therefore, public finance must shift to clean energy.
Importantly the World Bank Group cannot host the Loss and Damage fund whilst it continues to fund fossil fuel projects which directly contribute to the increased losses and damages and the overall climate crisis.
We plan to be active throughout the COP to promote this messaging.
