About Oana
Oana has extensive experience in event management and is passionate about creating engaging and impactful experiences for diverse audiences.
Before joining CAN, Oana spearheaded the planning and execution of large-scale conferences in major tech hubs like New York, San Francisco and London.
Her journey, spanning from high school ceremonies and family trips to university concerts and festivals, and later to workshops and trainings at Oracle University, showcases her diverse interests and continuous pursuit of learning.
Oana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Bucharest and a Masters’s degree in Business Tourism and Event Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She is a native Romanian, but currently lives in Barcelona, Spain.
Favorite event that she got to be a part of was The 2016 Rio Olympic Games where Oana acted as a volunteer NOC (National Olympic Committee) assistant for Trinidad and Tobago.
Driven by a strong sense of purpose, Oana is determined to use and further develop her skills to support the CAN mission.
