About Alice

Prior to joining CAN-International, she was a Finance and Administration Officer at African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) where she was instrumental in supporting the Combatting wildlife crime and strengthening transboundary law enforcement collaboration in the Lower Zambezi MIKE sites, Zimbabwe grant funded by the EU through CITES MIKE. She also coordinated various projects funded by different Foundations such as the Julie Konisberg, D.N Batten and the Jeff Morgan Foundation. Before joining AWF, she was the Finance and Administration Officer at Childline Zimbabwe where she coordinated a portfolio of projects funded by different donors that included USAID, SIDA, Kindernothilfe (KNH) and Terresdehomme (TDH).

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Banking from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe.

Based in Zimbabwe, she enjoys travelling, being abreast of current affairs and painting. She is excited to be joining the CAN International team and combat climate change and limit global warming to 1.5⁰C.
