About Ndella
Born and raised in Paris, France, Ndella is an accomplished Senior Event Project Manager with over a decade of experience in event and programme management across International Organisations, NGOs, and the private sector. She has organised a diverse range of events, including high-profile meetings, VIP gatherings, international conferences, and large-scale events with up to 3,500 participants.
Her expertise spans hybrid event formats, strategic planning, supplier negotiations, and complex logistical coordination. Career highlights include organising unique events in the North Pole, climate camps, and being actively involved in event planning for the United Nations Climate Change Conferences (COP21 and COP22).
Currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Communication, set to conclude in June 2025, Ndella brings a pragmatic and results-driven approach to her work. While she acknowledges the importance of addressing climate change, her motivation lies in delivering impactful, inclusive events that align with organisational goals and foster meaningful connections.
