Güzide holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from the London School of Economics and a master’s degree in economics from the Panthéon-Sorbonne, focusing on environmental economics, policy, and sustainable development.

As a previous coordinator of LCOY (Local Conference of Youth) Cyprus, she has organised the first, second and third LCOY in Cyprus, amplifying young voices in UN processes like COY and COP. In her professional journey, she has worked in and contributed to various NGOs working on environmental, youth, and social issues. In her free time, she enjoys reading and photography.
