What: International climate politics is in a state of flux following the groundbreaking US-China climate action announcements. These commitments, together with an anticipated climate action announcement by Germany tomorrow morning, has thrown the spotlight on other major emitters.  In a press briefing on Wednesday morning, experts from Climate Action Network tracking the UN climate talks in Lima will comment on how these developments are impacting on COP20.
