NGO experts to brief on key developments at COP18

[Doha – Qatar] – December 4, 2012 –  Climate Action Network – International will hold a media briefing at 1pm today which will update journalists on the latest developments in the UN climate talks in Doha.

Speaking will be: Kelly Dent, head of Oxfam's delegation, Li Yan from Greenpeace China, and Enrique Konstantinidis from Climate Action Network – Latin America. 

Issues covered will include developments in the LCA and ADP tracks last night and the continued concerns about the future of the second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol.
