Climate Analytics

Climate Analytics is a non-profit climate science and policy institute based in Berlin, Germany with offices in New York, USA and Lome, Togo, which brings together interdisciplinary expertise in the scientific and policy aspects of climate change. 
Their activities include: 
  • synthesising and advancing scientific knowledge in the area of climate change science, policy and impacts; making the latest climate science easily accessible to stakeholders in the international climate change arena;
  • providing science and policy support to the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) in the international climate change negotiations;
  • assisting vulnerable countries in developing successful strategies to shift investments towards sustainable resources in line with the internationally agreed temperature goals;
  • tracking and analysing the effectiveness of national climate policies globally with the Climate Action Tracker;
  • assisting vulnerable countries in streamlining climate plans into national development strategies to improve effectiveness of implementation and fundability of projects
